Position available for our MNC client.
Responsibilities:
• Interact with users via telephone, e-mail to provide IT technical or non-technical support and to solve problems.
• Escalate unresolved calls to appropriate support specialist or service group.
• Participate in on-going training and departmental developments.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in any field and candidates with working experiences in Customer Service, IT Helpdesk and also Service Desk environment will be prioritized.
• Able to communicate well in Mandarin both verbal and written.
• Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attitude and a team player.
• Willing to work in Cyberjaya.
• Candidate who would be able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
