Responsibilities:
• To lead and manage the Contract Department in pre and post-contract functions.
• To handle contract administration while ensuring accurate and timely submission of tenders and claims.
• To handle legal and contractual issues.
Requirements:
• Diploma / Degree in Quantity Survey or its equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in related field.
• Well verse on up-to-date material costing.
• Possess strong contractual knowledge, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Analytical and objective driven personality.
• Able to work under minimum supervision at a tight-deadlines and fast-paced environment.
