Basic Job Functions:</p>
<p>1. Coordinate new equipment installation and implementation.<br />
2. Write and maintain programs that use the plant equipment data within the SQL database.<br />
3. Troubleshoot and problem solve equipment controls issue.<br />
4. Act on abnormalities and resolve root causes.<br />
5. Evaluates new proposed controls equipments are according to standards.</p>

Essential Functions &amp; Responsibilities</p>
<p>1) Responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving of equipment controls.<br />
2) Responsible for communication between plant equipment and SQL database.<br />
3) Interface with the Manufacturing Controls Engineering function.<br />
4) Maintains effective communications levels and fosters team building.<br />
5) Ensures adherence to all safety procedures and good housekeeping standards.<br />
6) Interfaces with other Departments and Supplier Representatives.<br />
7) Lead new minor projects &#8211; such as in a supporting role to other departments.</p>
<p>Requirements:<br />
•	Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor&#8217;s Degree of Science in Electrical or Computer Engineering from an accredited programor or equivalent.<br />
•	Required skill(s): Knowledge of machine control, networking and PLC’s including SLC500, Control Logix Platform, Micrologix, Siemens S7, and Omron CS1 Series.<br />
•	Knowledge of servo motors, robotics, motion control and HMI troubleshooting.<br />
•	Knowledge of the following programming languages: PC control, Ladder, Function Block, SQL, VB6, PanelBuilder 32, RSView32.<br />
•	Knowledge of Controls Engineering techniques and practices.<br />
•	Excellent understanding of Electrical/Electronic systems.<br />
•	Excellent understanding of Computer Applications and the Microsoft Office family.<br />
